Initial Massage Therapy Appointment
Please be advised that you are required to fill out a Confidential Health History form on your first visit. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment time to complete the form which also can be downloaded here and filled out at home. Please make sure to bring this form with you to your first massage therapy appointment.
Swedish Massage/Deep Tissue Massage/Trigger Point Therapy/Prenatal Massage
30 minutes: $60

These techniques are used to decrease muscular spasm, pain and stiffness, increase relaxation, stimulate immune system, improve metabolism, increase muscle and joint flexibility and mobility, promote better blood circulation and lymphatic drainage and can be applied to treating such conditions as sport injuries, fibromyalgia, arthritis, repetitive muscle strain and overuse, headaches, frozen shoulder, edema. Trigger point therapy is used to decrease deep muscular tension and pain, increase range of motion and local circulation.
